The principal associates and staff of McLaughlin Associates are dedicated professionals, who make it a priority to stay current on changes in legal rules and procedures. McLaughlin Associates was one of the first in the court-reporting field to computerize the transcript almost twenty years ago, which has enabled them to solve computer problems encountered during realtime deposition hookups quickly, whether it be to help the attorney with their PC or to correct any misconnections in communications between computers.

Patricia's exclusive New England, 25-year reporting career gives her a unique expertise in court reporting and legal procedures in Massachusetts and the surrounding states. In addition to being one of the first reporters in the Commonwealth to utilize realtime technology, same-day ASCII and e-transcript capabilities on a regular basis, she is an adept technical writer, whose emphasis is in expert witness reporting, specializing heavily in medical testimony. McLaughlin Associates also does CART reporting, which is gratifying to both the reporter and, more importantly, extremely helpful to the client. Customer satisfaction is our modus operandi!!!
